Q&A :)

Well… it’s officially out! Baby #3 is due in December!

Thank you all so much for all your kind words  and congratulations! Your comments mean the world to us.

I’ve gotten so many questions about the baby, I thought it would be easier to answer them on the blog today!

Were we planning? No sir-eee…this little blessing of ours came out of nowhere! It took me about 6 different tests before I actually believed it. And even then I kept it to myself for a few weeks… what? I was shocked guys! I needed to process 🙂

How far along? 23 weeks! (about 6 months!) 16 more weeks to go…yikes! (I have so much to do!)

Food cravings? …errrrr….no…lets not talk about food just yet… 🙁

Do the kids know? Well, Aurora is to young to comprehend whats going on..but the funny thing is that we didn’t really say anything to Noah either… until one day I glanced down at him and saw him studying me  (I was in my bathing suit). I looked at his puzzled face and asked him what he was thinking. His answer (as I’m sure you’re coming to expect from this little man) was hilarious!

“Mommy…why is your tummy getting so big?” He asked, almost suspiciously…

“Because, I told him, there is a baby growing inside–”

“AGAIN!? He cut me off (I guess he remembers me being preggers with Aurora)! His eyes grew wide with amazement.  “Your tummy is going to grow so big, your like, like, going to explode all over! That’s super cool!”

Well..err…I’m glad he thinks that’s cool..? lol

 

Is it a boy or girl? My guess is as good as yours! … We are actually not going to find out..(NOT MY IDEA lol). Eugen’s logic behind this is that we have one of each, and this should be a fun surprise! My first thoughts when he shared his brilliant idea were…”nooo way”. I have to know how to get ready…we need to pick a baby name out… I’m going to go crazy not knowing…It’s alright…I’ll go along with it..for now..(insert evil laugh — Muah-ha-ha!) lol…but I am definitely warming up to the idea. And when you think about it, there are so few real surprises in this world…and this is the real deal 🙂

 

How has my pregnancy been so far? Well to be honest, I have had a tough time with my previous two pregnancies but this one takes the cake! It has not been fun. But Thank God I am finally feeling a bit better! I’ll be sharing a few health related things that have been AMAZINGLY helpful these last few months in some future posts..

Sleep? Not so much..In my last post “Got Sleep” I briefly wrote about so many things circling around my mind…There is a lot that I would like to accomplish before this little one is born…and because I have been so sick, it has been slow in coming, but finally things have started moving! I’ll explain in my next post, and of course I’ll get some before and after shots of upcoming projects ready too! 🙂

 

I am so excited for this new chapter in life! Being a mother means everything to me and I feel so blessed that God has entrusted me with yet another one of his precious jewels! Thank you again for your amazing love and support.
